Thomas R. Clark

Thomas R. Clark, Business Advisory Board Member. Tom Clark passed away in 2006, after a sudden illness.  He was one of the company's original Advisors and was instrumental in both its creation and its growth.  Although Tom is gone from us in person, he is never far from us in spirit.  It's for this reason that we maintain this page in his memory, because Tom's influence and support will never be replaced.

Mr. Clark had over 20 years experience in high tech, including 15 years as an executive officer of three public companies and a board member of two public companies. He served as President and CEO of Data I/O Corp., a publicly traded company specializing in EDA software and products for use with ASICs. As CEO, he grew revenues to $69 million in 1992 and successfully acquired and integrated two companies. Most recently, he was President of Data Dimensions Inc.'s Products division. This division provided knowledgebase portals to the IT market, utilizing an Internet application service provider (ASP) model. Prior relevant positions include Executive Vice President at Mosaix Inc. (a Customer Relationship Management software provider acquired by Lucent in 1999). While at Mosaix, with responsibility for engineering, operations, support and product marketing, he delivered a new product line in 1995 that still provides the majority of the company's revenue. Other experience includes serving as General Manager of the Software Development Products division at Tektronix Inc. At the time of his death, he currently served on the Board and the audit committee of Centura Software (CNTR), and held a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.
